Fast Forward Freight receives combined AEO certificate
Proudly we announce that Fast Forward Freight B.V. received a combined Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) ‘Customs simplification’ and ‘safety and security’ certificate from Dutch Customs. The AEO status is a certified standard, issued by Customs administrations in the EU. It certifies that a company has met certain standards in relation to their compliance with customs rules, safety and security, management systems and ongoing solvency.

Special Olympics World Winter Games
24 athletes with a mental disability, together with 10 coached, left for Boise, Idaho last February to represent The Netherlands in the Special Olympics World Winter Games.

Transport of metering skid to Doha, Qatar
Fast forward Freight moved a piece of high value oil well equipment to Doha, Qatar. Weight of this ‘metering skid’ was only 6100 kg but due to the dimensions (800 cm x 200 cm x 200 cm), a nose-load aircraft was needed.

For one of our key clients in Nigeria, Fast Forward Freight transported in September a complete new canning-line for a beer brewery. Total weight approx 154 metric tons and a volume of 1450 cubic meters.

Transport of three Boeing 777 trust reversers from Amsterdam to Rome
Mid January 2008, Fast Forward Freight arranged transport of three Boeing 777 trust reversers from Amsterdam to Rome Italy.
Fast Forward Special Projects office was tasked by an OEM to move Boeing 777 Thrust Reversers via airfreight within the EU. The Thrust Reversers were oversize and unable to be moved via road from The Netherlands to Italy as the tunnels in route were to narrow.

Shipment of cheetah's from Prague to Cape Town
Last February 2008 we have received a request to transfer two cheetah’s from Prague to Cape Town South Africa.
After a lot of difficulties with the export permit in Prague, the documents were finally legalized so transfer could be arranged from Prague to Cape town via Schiphol.

Loadports of airport material at the Canary Islands (Spain)
Mid Januari 2008, Fast Forward Freight Rotterdam arranged transport for a complete shipload from the Canary Islands to Amsterdam. The cargo contained several pieces of airport material like aircraft stairs etc. Also one piece had a weight of fifty-five tons for which special care was needed.
