Mid Januari 2008, Fast Forward Freight Rotterdam arranged transport for a complete shipload from the Canary Islands to Amsterdam. The cargo contained several pieces of airport material like aircraft stairs etc. Also one piece had a weight of fifty-five tons for which special care was needed.

 

In order to provide our customer with the cheapest and fastest solution, the
mv “Flinterhunze” was chartered to perform the trip from the Canary Islands to Amsterdam.. Before sailing to Amsterdam, The mv “Flinterhunze” loaded here complete cargo at three different ports at the Canary Islands. In order to make sure the loading went smoothly, a member of the FFF Rotterdam’s project department was flown in for cargo & loadinginspection. After completion of discharging in Amsterdam, Fast Forward Freight arranged for final transport by special transport to our customers premises. This projectshipment was arranged and coordinated by the FFF Rotterdam’s project department.

- Vessel chartering
- Loading at three ports at the Canary Islands
- Lashing & securing of the cargo
- Discharging at Amsterdam
